2 People Electrocuted on Railway

This happened at the Ridgeland Green Line CTA station at around 7:30 p.m..
3 people were sitting on the rail for photos, when the guy in black shirt touched the live rail. He then accidentally touching the girl, pulling her together. The guy in white shirt was clueless at first, but then tries to help them.
