On the evening of July 30, 2025, a mechanical ride at Green Mountain Park in Taif, Saudi Arabia, collapsed mid-operation, injuring 23 people, including three critically. The ride, known as “360 Degrees”, snapped in half while in motion, causing its platform to crash to the ground with riders onboard.
