They fractured his skull. You have passages in your skull that allow blood to flow to nerves and other vital parts of the head. Most of the cavities in his head were (cracked) which ruptured blood vessels in turn filling up those cavities. They major arteries in the upper neck were probably torn as well. He drowned as his head, throat and lungs filled with blood. His brain probably started swelling as well but he didn’t live long enough to have to deal with that. i dont really think your head getting cracked and blood just pouring out of your mouth & nose would let you live, he would choke on his blood in a slow, painful way
why his nose shoot some blood？
If u have a head injury it does that or if u ever shot someone u will sometimes see them spit out blood
