If just one of these people had the basic knowledge (or maybe it was decency) to tie this man’s leg off at the thigh, not only would it stop the bleeding and make his survival very likely, but if it was tied SUPER tight (since his leg is gone anyway) then his leg wouldn’t even hurt after a few minutes—at least not any part of it below the tournequet because it should all go completely numb below that.
