Dude was merciful shooting him that much. I mean maybe it was a little much but still I’m sure the guy appreciated it from a suffering standpoint
i know its somewhere in brazil or a third world country so most likely gangs. I’m pretty sure the guy sitting down on the stairs was also pulling out a gun because the guy that killed him had a gun out.
hey i’m white and brazilian. luckily I work and zeal for freedom and peace. It’s really sad these things happen but it can happen anywhere, but less frequently. anyway, generally if you don’t do anything wrong there’s nothing to fear

At the beginning of the video it looks like they are going to set off fireworks somewhere (the woman jokes about this). At the end they say that that man works for someone and they shoot.
