This is the terrifying moment a backdrop collapsed onto a stage during a performance in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, injuring nine children.
Filmed on May 27, the footage shows dozens of children performing during a rehearsal for the June 1 art exhibition held at Qingshan Lake Scenic Area.
Screams were heard as the backdrop slowly toppled over and landed on several children.
Fortunately, the kids only suffered from minor injuries and abrasions.
