This most likely happened in Pakistan, you can tell because of how much Suzuki vehicles are shown here (Pakistan has a lot of Suzuki vehicles), the road design, way the buildings look, the motorcycles and also the language these guys are speaking.
Pakistan lacks a lot of vehicle traffic control, and is ruled by liar politicians who are mostly corrupt and put the nations money into their own pockets. Poor kid though, hopefully he survived.
There is still a chance they could have survived, even thought the sedan dragged the child, the child did slip off from the sedan and then onto the side, the sedan might’ve injured the child very badly but not death.
