If anyone one was wondering, the man holding the camera is saying allahu akbar because it’s a phrase that Muslims use when they prey meaning “god is most great”. So he is preying for the injured.

I think muslims are not good with english, I mean, seriously, They always keep saying it`s a religion of peace but what they actually wanted to state is they are religon of piss, I know, common mistake, right? :DDDD
