A 25-year-old man, Lucas V.L.V., was killed after an argument with his wife, 26-year-old Tais M.T., in Londrina, Paraná state, on Sunday night (29).
Neighbors reported that the couple had a troubled relationship, and TaÃs had previously filed multiple police reports against Lucas, mostly related to domestic violence.
In a video recorded by Tais’ sister, Lucas is seen leaning against a wall while TaÃs accuses him of attacking her. As the argument escalated, TaÃs grabbed Lucas by the throat.
Tais briefly left the scene and returned with a knife. After Lucas threw her phone to the ground and punched her, Tais responded by stabbing him in the chest. Lucas collapsed and died at the scene.
Tais has been arrested and charged with aggravated homicide.
