So in basic understanding he’s saying that he’s told his doctors that his cell is hurting his eyes but doctors said nothing is wrong so he is saying losing his eyes is better than the pain. And on the other hand he is trying to prove that there is some kind of a camera inside his eyes? None of it really makes sense

Dude tries to take of the film of the eyes (not sure how that membrane is called), because he thinks its artificial and made of silicone. he tried going to doctors multiple times, but they found nothing wrong with his eyes. he says it hurts him and that taking those silicones off makes him feel better, he thinks that doctors cant see anything wrong cause of it. he first blows air under it and later painkillers.
