A 17-year-old teenager died on Friday after robbing a 71-year-old man and being hit by a bus in the Lapa district of São Paulo. The incident occurred on Domingos Rodrigues Street.
Security footage captured the teenager stealing a phone from the elderly man, who was talking on the sidewalk. After the theft, the teen was struck by a bus. He was taken to Brasilândia Hospital but did not survive his injuries.
