I really hope the insurance company gets a hold of this footage for the driver, since it was the biker’s fault, sure the car did go over the speed, but the biker didn’t give the driver the right of way, as he should have.

Remember kids! When you ride on the road with a bike, you have to follow the same rules as someone who drives a motor vehicle. That means giving the right of way, showing turn signals (,like using arms), not driving against the traffic in a one-way street, etc.
Don’t be like this guy. Luckily, no one was harmed except him. Which will make the roads not only more secure for those driving motor vehicles, but also fellow bikers who does follow the traffic rules.
