For some information on this: The person who was controlling the helicopter was named Juan Carlos Álvarez Hernández, who only ended up suffered minor bruises. This happened in the 22nd of April 2018 in Colombia, the person who got killed was a maintenance manager named Ivan Andres Lopez Londono.
