Tacoma police SUV plows through crowd

Tacoma, Washington – A patrol car ran over mod after being blocked and surrounded by them. The driver has been identified as Khanh Phan, a 58-year-old officer who has been serving Tacoma P.D. for nearly 30 years.
It has been reported that the mobs keep pounding the windows and threating him. As he fears for his own safety, he made the decision which leaves at least 1 person injured.
Khanh Phan went to the scene after receiving reports about multiple car doing burnouts in the middle of an intersection.
