Nah she probably got a severe injury to her lower back but the head was nearly over the track. Also the distance under it is always enough to survive if you lay flat down which she didn’t. Pretty badly hurt and the force could have snaped her Atlas so there is a good chance for both
That’s a myth. There is not enough room under it for you to not get hit at all, there are a lot of stuff protruding under the carts. Just getting dragged a couple of feet will tear her abdomen and her back would get stuck on the wooden panels on the floor, so yeah. She dead.
