An accident on the Valencia Stretch claimed the life of a man from Wallerfield, while a female occupant of the vehicle sustained minor injuries. According to a police report, the incident occurred yesterday morning at around 2:15 am. The driver, Daniel Williams, was traveling west along the Valencia Stretch in his Nissan Wingroad Wagon PDT 2017 with a female passenger.
When Williams reached the roundabout at the Valencia Bypass, he attempted to negotiate the corner but lost control of the vehicle. While the cause of the accident is still under investigation, initial police reports suggest that the driver’s loss of control of the vehicle was the main factor behind the crash.

As such, it serves as a warning to all drivers to be extra vigilant and to observe traffic rules and regulations at all times.
